Payment Details
Fees are based on recommendations set by The Ontario Association of Social Workers. The cost per 1-hour session is $175 for individual therapy and $190 for couples therapy (includes HST). Payment is required at the end of each session by cash, cheque, debit, credit card, or e-transfer. A receipt will be issued for tax/insurance purposes.
Insurance Coverage
While Niagara-on-the-Lake Counselling does not provide direct billing to insurance companies, fees may be fully or partially covered by your extended health care benefits. Please check your employee benefits package or contact your provider for details.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your session, 24 hours’ notice is required – by email, voicemail message or text.
